About Robert Saenz

With over two decades of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and brokerage, Robert Ricardo Saenz brings deep industry knowledge, a strong track record, and a client-first approach to every transaction.

He began his career in 2002 at a RE/MAX franchise in Malden, earning rookie honors and quickly advancing to management roles in East Boston and Revere. In 2006, Robert co-founded M. Celata Real Estate, a brokerage rooted in integrity, education, and service.

After navigating the 2008 market downturn, he joined a boutique firm where he helped create client-friendly commission models. In 2013, Robert launched his own successful brokerage, specializing in sourcing and entitling development opportunities across Greater Boston. His expertise earned him a spot as one of the first two agents at EVO Real Estate Group, helping it grow into a respected name in the local market. He later partnered with developers to operate a firm focused exclusively on development deals.

Thanks to the financial success of his career, Robert took a step back in 2023 to focus on family, travel, and raising his four children. Now, he returns with renewed passion and perspective.
